BANKCRUPT!
And this is how I spent my first month's scholarship stipend...

1. Ferry ticket to Osaka to attend the education fair.
2. A multi purpose machine. I don't know how to translate ... I just call it multi task machine.

Canon Pixus color printer, card reader, scanner, photocopier, fax, webcam, radio, mp3 player, laptop, mirror, table, speaker, friend

Price : ¥13600 (RM504.67). Its only half the price in US ... sigh....or probably even cheaper in Msia.
A decision made within 5mins. Actually I've promoted for Epson during my part time job and thru that I found out that it is kinda ... not up to my standards

Well at least now, I don't have anymore excuses to do my assignments during the last minute because I don't have to say...
"I haven't print them out because the IT center is closed for maintenance" (actually i've never given that as an excuse because I always hand in on time... I'm a good student)

I got it at the right time. Besides the fact that my previous years were flooded with reports, it is increasing and I have a thesis to work on next year!

Now, I can finally...

1. Print my graphs for my reports with color
2. Scan the library books which i've borrowed instead of taking pictures of every page which I intend to plagiarize
3. Scan my photos
4. Print some of my photos for my photo album
5. Photocopy documents like my ID card and other things which I submit for application for whatsoever
6. Do all of the above in my own room without running all over the campus looking for a photocopier and a BW printer. IT center isn't 24 hours, and the computers are slow (for Jp standards) and annoying. And I have to take my shoes off and wear Japanese slippers
7. ... since I don't have to visit the IT center, it means that I don't have to use Windows anymore!!

I've never seen a multi task machine like this in Msia and I only came across this for the first time after I came here. Or I just assume that it has existed in Msia all the while and I've been living underneath a coconut shell and not knowing about it.

And the scroll button works like an ipod... you scroll to choose the task you want.
Then the canggih part is inside the machine. The ink cartridges have lights! ...

and this over-animated manual ... the cat at the bottom left is saying ' lets try! nyaa!'
See,... taking pictures of books... what a waste to my disk space. I could've just scanned them

Actually it doesn't end here.
I received plenty of points from the purchase and I used a fraction of it to trade with ..

IMG_3766IMG_3773

A mousepad .. larger than my computer!
Btw that mouse was traded with points which I received when I bought my laptop. So they're both free!
That mouse was around ¥8000 (RM 300)  ... FREE!

Still not finished...

Someone (you know yourself) wants to know what sort of shirt I bought.
It was an unintentional purchase. I wouldn't have bought it if my msian friends didn't stop by at the mall to meet up with a Japanese friend. Actually I've been looking for a long sleeved shirt to be worn in the forest for a long time. Now I only have one long sleeved shirt for hot weather, which I can wear in the forest during my coursework. So I was actually looking for that shirt, and ended up buying a short sleeved one.

Actually at this point, I can hear some people uttering "checkered shirts again?!! dress like your age dude! you're wearing uncle clothes!!''

Well, 50% off and its Polo ...
In Japan, any Men's shirt below ¥2000 (RM75) is considered cheap.
In fact, men's shirts costs a lot!

How do girls shop so much and so consistently without getting holes in their pockets ?!!

Anyway, Pita bread jammed with ham, lettuce, tomatoes and paprika. Kidney bean salad and a rotting apple. This meal is less than ¥400 (RM15). Actually its the pita bread which is expensive. Each costs ¥90 (RM3)

I can't live without bread... call me westernized as you like...
