October 2007 Archives
It is still very hot in the afternoon here. A cardigan is just something held in hand.
I looked out the window during class intermission today and I saw this ...

They're playing with jump-ropes!! ... The last time I played that was more than a year ago - during PreU's sports' day.
here's a short-short clip of them playing...

For the first time in my life, i celebrated a 'real' Raya... not even in Msia, but here in Miyazaki.
It wasn't 'real' back in KL because all I did was just going to the bazaar to get the food.
yeah.. so i was sitting down on my chair having my lunch when my bum suddenly shook...
I'm sorry if I'm taking up all the bandwidth, but I can't help it. I want to share some photos I've taken, which I find impressive. (the object/view, not my skills.... or is it???)
Here's one ...
* Jakun (my definition) = a person who sees something for the first time and reacts abnormally towards it.
Note : I made those pancakes by the way. The price was referring to the cost of the ingredients.

they're sooooooooo clean and FAT !! ... this one posed for me in front of the Vet Sci Dept building this morning...
then i stole this photo from Hwan May's blog...
(not the same cat)
and today's breakfast was homemade pancakes; around 80yen (RM2.50). Absolutely NO MEAL eaten outside would be that cheap ya know...
That's Chocolate, fyi...
Moments ago, Bing Xiang asked me to use my blog and spread the love.
For the second semester, there is one subject by the name of "Agriculture Prospect"
Every session, there is a different lecturer, speaking about different topics...
For today, it was about 'preserving freshness and quality of foodstuff' ... very dramatic and comical...
you're it!!

By the way, was it me who came up with Sijil Pergi Mati and Sijil Terus Pergi Mati... i forgot...
So here, I tag (not force; you can choose not to do it)... Audrey, Calvin, Michelle, Hwan May, Sam, Wai Hong and Kevin (i don't care if you have no blog ) ... and Siang Ling... ( I don't care if you've done it )
I went to Husna and Ju's apartment to 'sibuk' ... then Fizah came to 'menyibuk' also

and for the first time in my life, ...

to find out the contents, ...
It costs more than 200,000yen for a 19 year old lad to apply for a driver's license in Japan. That's a heartbroken; sorrowful RM 6000+...
and the price vary according to age...
Japanese driving instructors are like this :
A friend of mine told me, if you're a girl, they won't let you choose whether you wanna drive an auto or manual... they'll automatically let you drive an automatic car. Unless the girl tells them in advance, she gets to drive a manual car (who knows, probably with extra cost..lol).
Which means, we guys get to choose what type of car we want during the test.

today's news - For the first time in 10years, starting fare for Tokyo's taxis have gone up; to 710yen (RM21+) from the previous 660yen (RM20).
In Bangsar, sit on a chair (not mamak) and there goes RM20... here in Tokyo, chair on 4 wheels, RM20 ...
I'd rather pay RM2 to sit on a chair with many many wheels... (LRT)
better still... my chair on 2 wheels (bicycle) ... FREE!!
2 photos to warm up before i begin ...

i'm still working on my photography skills, so don't complain...
semester 2 has begun. I won't be able to update that often anymore...
anyway...
Remember this ?
